Privacy Policy
Owners who reach out usually share both personal contact details and facility numbers. This policy covers the first; any NDA we sign covers the second.
Effective Date

On and after October 3, 2026, any information this website collects falls under this Privacy Policy.
Information We Collect
Owners and operators who complete a form, phone us or send an email tend to share a name, contact details, where the facility sits, whether it offers climate-controlled units, drive-up units or RV and boat parking, and as much about occupancy, staffing or exit plans as they care to mention. Later in a review you might send a rent roll, a trailing twelve-month statement or a site plan; any confidentiality agreement we sign controls how those documents are treated.
The site itself also writes ordinary server logs: browser and device type, pages loaded, the referring address and a coarse location inferred from IP data. Cookies or similar tools support basic site function and give us aggregate traffic counts.
How We Use It

Owner information serves acquisition work. We reply to inquiries, underwrite the facility, put together a letter of intent or offer, talk through terms, carry a transaction through closing when one proceeds and keep notes on each discussion. Server logs serve upkeep: fixing faults, stopping abuse and learning which market pages owners find useful.
How We Share It
Personal information is not sold, rented or traded to marketers. It moves only as far as a deal needs: to the escrow or title company, attorneys, a lender financing our purchase, property inspectors or Phase I environmental consultants, and to service providers bound to protect what they host, deliver or store for us. Disclosure can also happen if a law demands it, to protect safety or our rights, or if our business itself is merged or transferred.
Text Messages and Calls
Giving us a phone number authorizes calls and texts about your facility and the inquiry you sent. Agreeing is never required in order to receive a letter of intent or sell to us, and marketing texts go out only to those who opt in to them. Frequency depends on where the discussion stands. Your carrier may bill message and data charges. To end texts, reply STOP; for assistance, reply HELP. You can also tell us on any call that you want no further contact. Where the law allows, calls may be recorded for our records.
Security
Administrative, technical and physical controls guard the information in our care. Still, every website, network and storage system carries some risk, and we cannot rule out unauthorized access entirely. Keep Social Security numbers, bank account numbers and similar identifiers out of the website form.
Your Rights
An owner may request a copy of the personal information we keep, a correction, or deletion, except for records the law or a transaction requires us to hold. Nevada residents may also ask that covered information not be sold, which is already our practice. Reach us as explained in the next section, and expect a response within a reasonable time.
Third-Party Links
Market pages sometimes cite outside sources such as county assessors or state agencies. We neither run nor answer for those sites or their privacy practices. Check their policies before giving them any data.
Contact Us
Reach us by telephone or by email at the details posted on this page with any privacy question or request.
Changes to This Policy
Revisions may follow changes in law or in how we operate. Each revision carries a new effective date at the top, and the updated policy governs anyone who keeps using the site afterward.
